Team Building
Global Frontline works with business leaders and coaches to design tailored experiences for high-performing teams. Breaking from tradition we offer lifelike simulation-based activities that allow participants to completely immerse themselves into challenging and unpredictable scenarios that are specifically designed to bond the team and develop extreme performance.
Performance outcomes:
Teamwork
Communicating with clarity when under pressure
Hostile Negotiations
Resilience
Leadership and critical decision making
Global Frontline conducts these activities on our 140 acre property on the outskirts of Melbourne, or in a bushland near to you.
Workplace Performance
We will put your team into the challenging decision making realities found in the globes harshest war zones and most inhospitable outdoor frontiers. Scenarios such as a shooting in the Gaza Strip, hostile negotiation in Somalia and team dilemma high on the slopes of Mount Everest provide clarity for a multitude of extreme performance principles. In small groups and plenary, we zero in on the behavioural characteristics that led to success. We then apply these principles to your workplace environment.
Your team will return to the office, factory floor or building site with a plethora of ideas and strategies that will improve your efficiency and enhance output.
The theory training can be combined with psychological evaluations, coaching and workplace simulations/challenges.
Performance Outcomes:
Leadership
